    For Red Paste<\/strong><\/h4>
    • 3-4<\/span> Nos<\/span> Whole Kashmiri Lal Mirch, soaked<\/span><\/li>
    • 2-3<\/span> Nos<\/span> Spring onion bulbs, top part of onion<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> inch<\/span> Peace of Ginger<\/span><\/li>
    • 15-20<\/span> Clove<\/span> Garlic Cloves<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      For Dry Coat<\/h4>
      • 2-3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Corn Flour<\/span><\/li>
      • 2-3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Rice Flour<\/span><\/li>
      • Salt To Taste<\/span><\/li>
      • 1\/2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Red Chili Powder<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

        For tossing the prawns<\/strong><\/h4>
        • 2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Red Paste<\/span><\/li>
        • Salt To Taste<\/span><\/li>
        • 1\/2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Red Chili Powder<\/span><\/li>
        • 1\/2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Sugar<\/span><\/li>
        • 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Light Soy Sauce<\/span><\/li>
        • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Vinegar<\/span><\/li>
        • 1\/4<\/span> tsp<\/span> MSG (Optional)<\/span><\/li>
        • Best Drop Lite Oil For Frying<\/span><\/li>
        • Spring onions green for garnish<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

          Instructions

          • Wash, clean and devein the prawns. Pat dry and keep it aside.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • For Red paste: grind all the ingredients with a little water, to a smooth paste and store in a glass jar. This can be used as a base for other dishes as well.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Dry Coating Prawns: Mix all the ingredients ( cornflour, rice flour, salt and red chili powder) and dry coat prawns in it and keep it aside.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Heat oil in a wok and start deep frying the prawns in batches. They should take 3-4 minutes to cook.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • In another pan, heat about a tbsp of oil and saut\u00e92 tbsp of red paste in it for about 2 minutes. Season this salt, red chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and msg. saut\u00e9 for 2 more minutes.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Toss fried prawns in this sauce and they are ready to serve.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
