Ingredients

  • 500<\/span> gm<\/span> Rice Flour<\/span><\/li>
  • 350<\/span> gm<\/span> Jaggery <\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> cup<\/span> Poppy Seeds<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 <\/span> tsp<\/span> Cardamom powder<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Crushed Black Pepper<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\/2<\/span> cup<\/span> Ghee<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> cup<\/span> water<\/span><\/li>
  • Oil for deep frying<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions
    <\/div> <\/h3>
    • Turn on the stove on medium flame and in a vessel mix water and jaggery \u00e0nd bring it to a boil till the jaggery is completely dissolved<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Then add rice flour slowly and stirring continuously without forming any lumps<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add half cup ghee cardamom powder, crushed black pepper to it and mix it properly<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Now when the flour starts to thicken, and the ghee is soaked up turn off the flame<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Transfer it into other bowl and let it cool down to the temperature of luke warm<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Heat oil in a karahi for deep fry on a medium flame<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Once oil is heated, reduce the flame, grease a banana leaf or a poly bag with a little oil<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Take a golf ball sized dough and press into a disc of 0.5 cm thickness , make all the arisa, sprinkle some poppy seed on arisa and press lightly<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Fry all arisa in the oil till golden colour<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Drain them on a paper towel .<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Eat hot or at room temperature, it can also be stored for a month.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
